Since our inception in 2022, we have carved a unique niche in the footwear and apparel manufacturing industry, with a particular expertise in commodity sourcing and distribution tailored specifically for state prisons and correctional facilities in Texas and Louisiana.

These multi-year agreements collectively exceed $3 million in value, positioning us for sustainable operations well into 2030. Our portfolio is particularly robust, featuring Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) with the Department of Criminal Justice in both Texas and Louisiana. Through these agreements, we supply a diverse array of commodities for real estate prison canteens, ensuring that we meet the specific demands of this specialized market.
Among our proud achievements is our major contract in Texas to provide our in-house athletic shoe brand, Neemah. This line includes a variety of footwear options, ranging from high-top and low-top athletic shoes to comfortable shower sandals, all designed with both functionality and durability in mind.
